Job Description

Role : Branch Business Head.

Location :

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the branch including compliance, underwriting, operation, sales, and processing teams.
Plan and execute the strategy to achieve the performance of the branch.
Expand and retain the company's base of customers for affordable home loans by developing and maintaining strong liaisons with the clients/channel partners.
Ensure compliance with all Audit / NHB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.
Closely monitors the quality of books ensuring minimum delinquency at the branch level.
Drive team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers and also extend support through appropriate hiring, training, reward and recognition of the team.
Build and develop a defined source mix comprising of direct and indirect sourcing channels.
Ensure smooth functioning of the lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.
Manage post-sales customer/channel partner escalation.
Co-ordinate and supervise all key departments including channel partners internally and strategies that road map for lending products.
Constantly keep update of market trends and competitor intelligence.

Requirements :

Any graduation is mandatorily required.

4 - 7 Yrs of experience in Affordable Home Loans.

Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.

Good market Connect with Team Handling experience is must.
