Cell Leader – Supply Module

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze schedules via Kanban/MRP and vendor portals.
Monitor vendor delivery performance and take corrective actions.
Coordinate logistics, gate entry, and goods receipt activities.
Manage receiving inspection and prioritize material checks.
Maintain SAP material and vendor master data.
Procure indirect materials and raise purchase orders.
Handle vendor payments and service entry sheets.
Ensure 5S, TPM, and safety compliance in stores.
Train and supervise supply module operators and trainees.

Performance Metrics:

Line stoppages due to material shortages
Inventory accuracy (plan vs actual)
Gate entry errors
Supplier delivery ratings
NCRs in audits
Safety incidents
