We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of BPO/Telesales/Telecaller. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to build a career in sales and customer service. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with customers, and driving sales for our products and services. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products and services. Provide information about products and services to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Good listening skills and attention to detail.
