About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently. The candidate should have prior experience handling customer interactions through calls, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
• Resolve queries related to product/services within defined SLAs
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer issues
• Maintain records of customer interactions and updates in CRM
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with proactive follow-ups
• Suggest improvements based on customer feedback

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in voice/non-voice customer support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency

Good to Have

• Experience in BPO, SaaS, Telecom, or E-commerce support
• Multilingual communication skills
• Customer-driven mindset
