Job Description

BPO roles within the banking and finance Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking and financial services. Query Resolution: Assist customers with account details, loan information, credit card queries, and other financial products. Lead Generation: Contact potential customers to promote and explain banking products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance. Data Verification: Verify customer details, KYC documents, and transaction information as per company and regulatory guidelines. Sales Support: Promote and cross-sell relevant banking products based on customer needs. Complaint Handling: Record and resolve customer complaints efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate department. System Updates: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems. Compliance & Security: Follow all banking regulations, confidentiality protocols, and quality standards. Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, or customer satisfaction. Professional Communication: Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times.
