BPO Team Lead

Company Description

We are hiring for the post of Team Lead for an Indian multinational technology company that provides IT services, consulting, and business process services. It is a leader in the Indian IT market and is one of the six leading Big Tech companies in India. Minimum of 3 years of Experienced Candidate is required.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Team Lead, located in Hyderabad. The individual will be responsible for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for building rapport with the end customer and handling escalations.

·        Work from Office (Kolkata)

·        Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

·        Experience: Minimum 3 years in the BPO sector

·        Shift : Rotational shift (should be flexible)

·        Budget: Upto 5.5 LPA (Based on the interview)

Responsibilities

·        Effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core

·        Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for building rapport with the end customer and handling escalations.

·        Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.

·        Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of process and product changes.

·        Able to monitor and perform root cause analysis, mentor & coach agents as required (Must be able to conduct audits for trainees during training and OJT).

·        Able to use CRM such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft 365.
