Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract a large number of candidates. Organize and manage campus drives, walk-in interviews, and other bulk hiring initiatives. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and campus recruitment teams to enhance recruitment efforts. Onboarding & Documentation: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documents are collected and verified. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the smooth integration of new employees into the company culture. Provide support in setting up new hires with necessary tools and systems. Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Work closely with departmental managers to understand hiring needs and provide solutions. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment progress, metrics, and key challenges. Identify areas of improvement in the recruitment process and implement necessary changes. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement: Promote SBI Securities as an employer of choice by maintaining a positive company image in the job market. Engage with potential candidates through social media, job portals, and career events. Maintain strong relationships with past candidates for future hiring needs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, social media, and candidate sourcing techniques. Experience in managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools (ATS, HRIS).
