Job Description

As a Senior Director - Delivery for Digital Finance Business Process Services within Cognizant Intuitive Operations and Automation Division, you will play a vital role in leading the operations team to ensure seamless execution of Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes and oversee Finance-Order to Cash operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing and monitoring key performance indicators to track and improve operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity. - Lead the operations team to ensure seamless execution of Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes. - Oversee the Finance-Order to Cash operations to maintain accuracy and efficiency. - Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track and improve operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. - Manage and resolve any operational issues that arise ensuring minimal disruption to business activities. - Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and statements. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly. - Extensive experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes is required. - Strong expertise in Finance-Order to Cash operations is essential. - Excellent leadership and team management skills are necessary. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Ability to work in a hybrid work model and manage day shift operations is necessary. - Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency is required. - Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards is essential. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is necessary. - Strong organizational and time management skills are required. - Proficiency in using financial software and tools is essential. - Commitment to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction is necessary.,
