Shift:
Rotational Shifts (Female employees day shifts until 8 PM; Male employees full rotational shifts).
Working Days:
6 days a week.

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers proactively to provide excellent service and support.
Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently with a focus on retention and growth.
Leverage sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Graduate in any field.
Languages:
English and Hindi (mandatory).

Additional proficiency in
Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada / Assamese / Odia / Bengali / Gujarati
will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with
no MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors
.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
