Job Description

resolves customer issues via email, chat, or social media, focusing on excellent written communication, problem-solving, and accuracy in handling inquiries, providing information, and managing customer data using CRM tools, all while adhering to company service standards and procedures

Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer queries and concerns through email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
Information Provision:
Offer detailed information about products and services.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM.
Process Adherence:
Follow company policies, service quality standards, and defined protocols.
Internal Coordination:
Escalate complex issues or collaborate with other departments for effective solutions.
Training:
Participate in continuous training for skill development.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Written Communication:
Excellent grammar, clarity, and empathy in written English.
Typing Skills:
Fast and accurate typing (WPM).
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with computers, CRM software, and chat platforms.
Multitasking:
Ability to handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously (multi-threading).
Education:
High school diploma; Bachelor's degree often preferred.
Experience:
Previous customer service or BPO experience is beneficial.
