Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure compliance with AML regulations, efficient financial transactions, and accurate settlement reconciliation.
AML Oversight: Oversee AML processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws, and implementing effective risk management practices.
Financial Transaction Management: Manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
Settlement Reconciliation: Oversee settlement reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
Team Management: Manage and develop teams, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
