Boxing And Conditioning Coach

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and technically proficient Boxing & Conditioning Coach to lead group fitness classes and provide an exceptional experience to our members. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in boxing, functional conditioning, and group instruction, with a focus on motivation, safety, and form. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-energy group classes focused on boxing techniques, drills, and total-body conditioning. Instruct members on proper form, technique, and safety to prevent injury. Provide modifications and progressions suitable for all fitness levels. Ensure each session is engaging, inclusive, and performance-driven. Maintain a motivating, positive, and professional demeanor at all times. Assist in setting up and cleaning equipment before and after sessions. Monitor member progress and provide encouragement and feedback. Support studio operations and participate in community-building events. Contribute to a safe, hygienic, and supportive studio environment. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Boxing Coach, Trainer, or Group Fitness Instructor. Certification in fitness training (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA) or boxing/martial arts credentials. Deep understanding of boxing technique, conditioning principles, and injury prevention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coach diverse groups with varied fitness levels. First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to obtain before starting). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in a boutique or class-based fitness studio. Experience in teaching high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, or functional fitness formats. Ability to drive member engagement and retention.
