Box Office & Ticketing Executive

Responsibilities

Ticketing and Attendance reports:

• Process and manage ticket sales through in-person, phone and online channels using the ticketing system.
• Maintain records of sales, transactions and attendance reports.
• Monitor and reconcile daily cash and credit transactions and prepare end-of-day reports.

Customer interaction:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and special requests
• Membership desk - manage membership and Onstage desk at events
• Call members for special offers etc. 

Database Management and Analysis:

• Extract, analyse and report on ticketing and attendance data using Excel and relevant software.
• Assist in creating and maintaining databases for marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, special offers and events.
• Provide insights based on ticketing trends to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data handling and reporting.
• Foundational understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
