Box Office Assistant

As a Ticket Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to sell tickets to customers in a courteous and efficient manner. Handling the box office cash drawer will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring that all transactions are conducted with precision and adherence to company policies. You will also be tasked with managing ticket exchanges and refunds in accordance with established guidelines. To excel in this position, it is essential to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of seating charts and venue facilities. You will also play a key role in ensuring that the box office area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. Candidates from Vasai-Virar are preferred for this role. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates. The job involves working in rotational shifts, and proficiency in both Hindi and English is required.
