Box Office Assistant

Festivals from India is hiring on behalf of the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) in Mumbai for a Box Office & Ticketing Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing ticket sales operations, customer interactions, and database management for events. The role includes processing ticket sales across various channels, maintaining accurate records of transactions and attendance, and reconciling daily sales reports. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage membership desks at events, and engage with members for special offers.

• The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

• This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data handling and reporting.
• Foundational understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
