As a Boutique Assistant, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service and expert advice on premium lifestyle products. The ideal candidate is passionate about Fitness,luxury retail, customer care.

• Provide expert knowledge of products and assist clients in making tailored selections.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment.
• Support stock management, merchandising, and product displays.
• Build strong client relationships with after-sales support and follow-up.
• Assist with boutique events, launches, and exclusive client experiences.
• Prior experience in fitness, luxury retail, (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver personalized solutions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and boutique events.
