Hiring: Boutique Assistant cum Support Staff

We’re looking for a young, smart, and energetic individual to assist customers and support daily operations at our boutique. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose garments based on style and budget.
• Keep clothes neatly folded and organized.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain sales records.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and product features.
• Address customer concerns or escalate to the manager.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Fashion-forward and customer-focused.
• Preference for young, smart, unmarried/single female or male candidates.
