Boutique Assistant

Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring store cleanliness at all times. In this role, you will handle various tasks such as billing, packaging, and basic cash handling/POS operations. You will also be responsible for replenishing stock and assisting in inventory checks to ensure that our boutique is well-stocked and organized. Your support will be crucial in executing boutique events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales. We are looking for individuals who can create a positive shopping environment that encourages repeat visits and fosters customer loyalty. You will be expected to handle basic customer queries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Reporting customer feedback and store issues to the Boutique Manager will be an essential part of your role to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. While prior retail or fashion boutique experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a keen interest in fashion, styling, or retail trends. A pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude is essential for success in this role. Please note that females are preferred for this position.
