Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bought Out Proprietary Engineer located in Phagwara. The Bought Out Proprietary Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement and integration of proprietary components and systems into tractors. Day-to-day tasks will include specifying requirements, sourcing components, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that they meet design and performance criteria. Additional responsibilities may include supplier negotiations, inventory management, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

Proven experience in procurement and vendor management
Strong knowledge of proprietary components and tractor systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience in the automotive or agricultural equipment industry is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
