Bookkeeper/Office Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Bookkeeper/Manager to handle Books, recordkeeping, and day-to-day site operations. The candidate will be required to stay on the company campus, with food and accommodation provided by the company at no extra cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts in Tally (mandatory)
• No freshers allowed
• Minimum Experience of 3 years required
• Tally Knowledge
• Record all incoming and outgoing truck entries and maintain proper registers/logs
• Manage cash flow, vouchers, purchase and sales entries, and reconciliation
• Supervise day-to-day operations and manpower coordination
• Maintain inventory reports, gate pass records, and delivery challans
• Assist management with reporting and documentation
• Coordinate with the Head Office and transport team for dispatch and billing updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or managerial operations (No freshers allowed)
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to take responsibility and handle independent work
• Must be willing to stay within the company campus (food and accommodation provided)
