Bookkeeper/Office Manager

You are responsible for handling books, recordkeeping, and day-to-day site operations as a Bookkeeper/Manager. You will be required to stay on the company campus, with food and accommodation provided by the company at no extra cost. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain daily accounts in Tally (mandatory) - No freshers allowed - Minimum Experience of 3 years required - Tally Knowledge - Record all incoming and outgoing truck entries and maintain proper registers/logs - Manage cash flow, vouchers, purchase and sales entries, and reconciliation - Supervise day-to-day operations and manpower coordination - Maintain inventory reports, gate pass records, and delivery challans - Assist management with reporting and documentation - Coordinate with the Head Office and transport team for dispatch and billing updates Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or managerial operations (No freshers allowed) - Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel - Strong communication and organisational skills - Ability to take responsibility and handle independent work - Must be willing to stay within the company campus (food and accommodation provided) The company offers benefits such as free food and accommodation within the company premises, stable, long-term role in a reputed agri-food manufacturing company, and growth opportunity for dedicated and disciplined candidates.
