• Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including bank feeds, credit card expenses, vendor bills, and customer payments.

• We are seeking a Bookkeeper with 1–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day financial records and support accurate accounting operations specifically for US Region.

• Proven bookkeeping experience with US businesses preferred.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (or similar US accounting software).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Maintain and update the general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable — enter invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for review by the accountant.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records (as applicable).
• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings by providing accurate reports and documentation.
• Maintain digital records in an organized and secure manner.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial forecasting as requested.
• Communicate regularly with the US accountant to ensure books are accurate and deadlines are met.
