Bookkeeper

At PokketCFO, we believe bookkeeping is the foundation of a company’s financial clarity. We are looking for a Bookkeeper who ensures accuracy, consistency, and completeness in maintaining our clients’ accounts.

This role is more than data entry—it requires precision, ownership, and the ability to present numbers that make sense for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions for multiple clients.
• Ensure accuracy in ledger postings, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Work on accounting platforms such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Support the accounting team by preparing reports, MIS, and client-ready statements.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and CFOs to ensure timely closures and compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accurate bookkeeping.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Zoho Books: 2 years (Preferred)
• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
• Tally: 2 years (Preferred)
