Role Overview: You will be responsible for reconciling bank statements and expenses, ensuring accuracy, resolving discrepancies promptly, and closing the monthly books in a timely manner. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to support management decision-making. Your role will also involve assisting in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, implementing and monitoring internal controls, and providing necessary documentation during audits. Key Responsibilities: - Prior Experience with Finance and Bookkeeping in IT services / IT Staffing firm. - Finance and/or accounting acumen with a good grasp of accounting principles. - Good communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks in a highly active and dynamic environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
