We are a growing Accountancy practice seeking an experienced and confident bookkeeper to join our team. If you possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, we invite you to apply for this position.

Please note that only experienced bookkeepers who can commit to working from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM need apply.

We are looking to recruit a confident and experienced bookkeeper to join our growing Accountancy practice. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and communicative skills

• Sales ledger – entering invoices and receipts
• Purchase ledger – entering invoices, record payments and reconcile accounts
• Analyse Bank accounts and reconcile
• Booking journals in to G/L
• Reconciling Balance Sheet balances
• Experience using Microsoft office programs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively on phone in English.
• Strong IT skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision and work within deadlines
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to demonstrate previous strong bookeeping experience and bookeeping skills.

Responsibilities include:

Bookkeeping

• Sales ledger – entering invoices and receipts
• Purchase ledger – entering invoices, record payments and reconcile accounts
• Analyse Bank accounts and reconcile
• Processing petty cash receipts and managing petty cash balance

Working Conditions:

• Work Hours: This is a full-time position with a work-from-home. The work hours are from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Requirements: Applicants must have access to a personal computer with an internet connection to facilitate remote work.

Although It may be mostly work from home but your working hours will be from 12 to 7.
