Bookkeeper

We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper with UAE accounting experience to join our growing team at our Dehradun office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for UAE-based clients using Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and petty cash transactions
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Assist in payroll processing in line with UAE WPS requirements
• Generate monthly reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
• Maintain accurate documentation and working papers for audit readiness
• Collaborate with the client servicing team and communicate with UAE clients as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience with UAE clients
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, invoicing norms, and FTA compliance
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally ERP
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
