Boiler Operator

We at Shree Bajrang Techno Engineers Pvt. Ltd. are hiring a "Boiler Operator" to operate and maintain the autoclaved boiler in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring continuous steam supply for AAC block curing, while adhering to statutory, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Boiler Operation & Monitoring

• Operate and monitor autoclaved boiler as per SOPs.
• Regulate and maintain required steam pressure, temperature, and water levels.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of steam to autoclave chambers.

2. Safety & Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections of valves, gauges, burners, pumps, and safety devices.
• Ensure safety valves, pressure gauges, and alarms are functional.
• Follow boiler safety regulations to avoid accidents and hazards.
• Report and attend to any abnormal conditions or breakdowns immediately.

3. Fuel Management

• Handle and manage fuel (coal, biomass, oil, or gas) efficiently.
• Maintain records of daily fuel consumption.

4. Record Keeping & Compliance

• Maintain daily logbooks of steam generation, fuel usage, water consumption, and operating parameters.
• Assist in statutory inspections, testing, and certification of boilers.
• Ensure compliance with pollution control, boiler inspector, and factory safety norms.

5. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with autoclave operators for smooth curing cycles.
• Communicate with production and maintenance teams to ensure continuous operation.
• Provide operational support during plant shutdowns or emergency situations.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education:
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Boiler Operation.
• Boiler Operator Certificate (1st or 2nd Class as per state law) – Mandatory.

• Experience:
• 2–5 years’ experience as a boiler operator (preferably in AAC / Cement / Power Plant / Process Industry).

• Skills & Competencies:
• Knowledge of boiler operations, safety norms, and statutory compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain boiler and auxiliary equipment.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Safety-conscious and disciplined in work practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
