Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience operating AFBC Boilers

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor AFBC boilers integrated with cement plant utilities
• Maintain steam parameters, bed temperature, and fuel feeding aligned with kiln and WHRS requirements
• Coordinate with CCR (Central Control Room) and utility teams for smooth plant operations
• Handle start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures as per SOPs
• Monitor and control ID/FD fans, APH, ESP, and furnace draft systems
• Conduct routine checks, log operational data, and support preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety, emission, and energy efficiency norm

Technical Skills:

• DCS operation and interlock logic understanding
• Boiler feed water systems, steam generation, and combustion control
• Familiarity with P&ID diagrams and cement plant utility integration
• Alarm handling, trip analysis, and process optimization
• Knowledge of WHRS (Waste Heat Recovery System) interface and kiln support systems
