Boiler DCS Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor boiler parameters through DCS.
• Maintain stable boiler operation by controlling temperature, pressure, and flow parameters.
• Coordinate with field operators for smooth startup, shutdown, and load change operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during all plant activities.
• Record operational data, daily reports, and log sheets accurately.
• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance planning with maintenance teams.
• Ensure optimal utilization of fuel and minimize heat losses.
• Maintain communication with control room and field teams for system efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 2years of experience with DCS operation of WHRB / Gas Fired Boiler systems.
• Qualification should be diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Strong understanding of boiler operation, steam cycle, and auxiliary systems.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and under pressure.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in captive power plants / steel plant WHRB systems preferred.
• Familiarity with gas-based boilers and turbine systems is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
