You ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety and safety of our products and developing the testing plans. Were looking to add key members who will be strong team players and will be responsible for maximizing our testing team potential. The role would be based in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
: Seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the testing, validation, and integration of lithium battery systems with Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Creation of a product DVP (Design Validation Plan) and execution of product testing according to that.
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
Provide test feedback to the design team.
Conducting a product failure RCA and its documentation.
Identify and troubleshoot issues or defects discovered during testing, and work closely with the engineering team to develop solutions and improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, software developers, and quality assurance, to define testing requirements and specifications.
Preferred Requirements :
Diploma/Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics or any relevant field.
Relevant experience of 3-4 yrs.
Having basic knowledge of electronics, such as active and passive components.
Hands-on experience with test equipment, data acquisition systems, and testing methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and identify root causes of issues.
Proficiency in MS-Office
