BMS (Building Management

System) Engineer

commissioning of BMS systems across commercial and industrial projects. The ideal

candidate must possess hands -o n experience with leading BMS platforms and a strong

understanding of system inte gration including HVAC, lighting, and fire safety.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, configure, and program BMS systems including HVAC, lighting, energy monitoring, and other control systems
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for project execution
• Perform installation supervision, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of BMS systems
• Integrate BMS with other ELV systems such as Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, etc.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and suggest optimizations
• Prepare system architecture drawings, control logic diagrams, and related documentation
• Provide end -u ser training and technical support
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution
• Ensure all systems comply with international standards and client specifications

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS engineering roles

• Hands- o n experience with BMS platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Tridium, or Johnson Controls
• Strong understanding of communication protocols like BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and LonWorks
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, sensors, actuators, VAVs, chillers, and utility meters
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and BMS programming tools
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem -s olving abilities
• Good communication and team coordination skills

Preferred Certifications

• OEM Certifications (Honeywell, Siemens, etc.)
• BMS Programming Certifications
• Knowledge of LEED or energy management standards
