Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Bachelors or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
Experience working in smart building or digital twin environments.
Familiarity with graph databases or semantic web technologies.
Strong experience with BMS and HVAC systems. Experience in BMS commissioning, servicing, or fault-finding is highly preferred. Experience in cloud-based analytics for building systems is a plus

Strong experience with
Building Management Systems (BMS)
and
HVAC systems
.
Hands-on experience with
EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO)
or similar BMS platforms.
Background in
BMS commissioning
,
servicing
, or
fault-finding
.
Basic understanding of different equipment HVAC, Electrical, metering etc installed in a building
Understanding of BMS protocols such as telemetry, BACnet, Lon Works, Modbus, etc.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents like schematics, control drawings, and BIM models.
Knowledge of
semantic modeling
or
ontology frameworks
(e.g., Brick, Haystack) is highly desirable.
Experience or knowledge of IT system setup, including IP addressing and port configuration.
Ability to remotely access customer BMS systems and assist with application integration issues.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Main KPIs:

Adherence to SLAs for BDP on boarding and troubleshooting
Effective time management and adherence to delivery schedules.
High quality and accuracy of work.
Consistently meeting internal and external customer expectations.
