Key Responsibilities

Administer and enhance BMC tools such as TrueSight and Helix.
Develop and implement APIs for seamless system integration.
Utilize Ansible for automation and configuration management.
Create and maintain scripts (Python, PowerShell) for custom automation.
Support foundational server administration (Linux, Windows).
Assist in network device administration (routers, switches, firewalls).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth tool operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMC tools and integrations.

Key Skills and Experience Required

Strong knowledge of BMC tools (TrueSight, Helix, etc.).
Experience in API development and integration.
Proficiency in Ansible for automation and configuration.
Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
Foundational understanding of server environments (Linux, Windows).
Basic knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
