Job Description


Your Role
  • Manage and monitor batch processes using BMC Control-M.
  • Provide L2 support for batch scheduling and job execution.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to optimize batch workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and maintain accurate documentation.

    • Your Profile
  • 4+ years of experience in batch scheduling and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Control-M and automation scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2/N3 (preferred).
  • Understanding of ITSM, compliance, and documentation standards.
