Leadership Role: Become a Branch Manager after program completion
Attractive Stipend: INR 50,000 per month during training (Subject to statutory deduction as applicable)
Fixed Pay after Placement: Up to INR 12 LPA (as per eligibility)
Course Fee Reimbursement (performance-based): 100% reimbursement on education loan in 2 tranches

Skills You Learn: The program has a comprehensive curriculum that will equip you with skills and knowledge about Branch Operations, Financial Products. Sales Strategies, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Customer Service, and Team Leadership.

Age: 28 to 34 years
Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking (Sales/Service/Operations)
Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate from an approved/recognized college.
