What awaits you/ Job Profile

Facilitate Agile cere ies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Retrospective) to ensure the team is adhering to Agile practices and continuously improving.
Coach and mentor the development team on Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and best practices.
Manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team is working on the most valuable items.
Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the teams progress, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
Continuously itor the teams velocity and identify areas for improvement, adjusting the process as needed.
Liaise with stakeholders, product owners, and other cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
Provide regular status up and reports on the teams performance and progress.
Champion the adoption of agile principles and practices across the organization.

What should you bring along

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile project management role.
Thorough understanding of Scrum framework, agile methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using Scrum tools and project management software.
Experience in handling DevOps projects will be an advantage

Must have technical skill

Agile ATC Tool chain (Jira, Confluence, X-ray Test management)
Delivery Management, Risk Management
Microsoft Projects or any other project management tools
Effective Communication & Presentation skills
Analytical Thinking Ability to assess business problems and propose logical solutions.
Technical Knowledge Understanding of coding languages (Java, . net, etc. ), databases (MS SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, etc. ), and software development processes.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation Expertise in writing clear and concise business requirements.
Change Management Experience in guiding organizations through transitions.
Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Data Interpretation Proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data.
Project Management Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Good to have Technical skills

Software Development basic understanding and methodologies
Presentation & Storytelling Ability to convey insights in a compelling manner.
