The Bloomreach Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing Bloomreach solutions for our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configuring Bloomreach functionalities, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Bloomreach technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.     Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.Design and implement Bloomreach solutions based on client needs and industry best practices.Configure and customize Bloomreach functionalities to meet specific client requirements.Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on Bloomreach functionalities and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Bloomreach implementations, ensuring minimal downtime.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.Stay updated on the latest Bloomreach releases, features, and best practices, and incorporate them into client projects.Document project requirements, configurations, and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.Continuously evaluate and optimize Bloomreach implementations to improve performance, usability, and scalability.   Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience working as a Bloomreach Consultant or similar role.In-depth knowledge of Bloomreach technologies, including Bloomreach Experience Manager (brXM) and Bloomreach Commerce.Hands-on experience with Bloomreach configurations, customizations, and integrations.Proficiency in brXM configurations, customizations (Groovy scripts, templates), and integrations for multi-channel content delivery.Knowledge in working with React SPAs for headless CMS rendering.Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.Bloomreach certifications are a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
