JD:

Leads multiple Current implementation/Support projects with general direction and standard implementation procedures.
Drives and manages all implementation milestones to completion within budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction. Creates and maintains thorough documentation throughout the implementation to include billable hours, Salesforce notes/documentation, expense management, etc. Communicates with key stakeholders to ensure risk awareness, project progress, set expectations, and define next steps in a timely manner. Coaches and consults with clients to advocate the features and functionality of BlackLine products during configuration in order to obtain buy-in and user adoption. Assesses and troubleshoots application issues during the implementation cycle. Provides application feedback to Product team in order to enhance or resolve functionality for future releases. Candidate should have Done Blackline Implementation with R2R, Month-end Reporting & Closing Experience The primary objective is to support the team to deliver Finance & Accounting tool implementation and transformation programs as well as large scale Finance Process Improvement and Automation initiatives. delivery of R2R design and configuration of Blackline modules (Account reconciliation , Task Management, JE, Auto-Matching) as part of R2R transformation. Design and configuration of Blackline module (Account Recon, Task management, JE, Auto-matching etc.) Blackline configurator and Administrator experience with solid understanding of the tool as well as the finance processes , Process Analysis and To-Be Process Design for Finance & Accounting Processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, AP, AR, Period Close, JE & Book Keeping, Treasury, Tax, Asset Accounting, FP&A, Cash and Payments, Chart of Accounts, and Management Reporting etc.), including As-IS process capture, Functional Requirement and Solution documentation. Knowledge Of Blackline Connector with SAP. Knowledge of Upgrade.
