BIU:Business Analyst-Fraud & AML

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Mumbai/Bangalore The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in banking analytics, preferably with experience in Retail Liabilities, Insurance, and Investment Products & services

• Develop product strategy and conduct portfolio analysis for Retail Liabilities, Insurance, and Investment Products
• Create business insights through root cause analysis using quantitative/statistical tools and techniques
• Generate actionable strategies from various business initiatives and collaborate with Senior Leaders, technology, strategy, and project management teams to identify growth opportunities and implement impactful projects
• Work closely with core business stakeholders to monitor portfolio performance across products, develop take-up strategies, enhance customer engagement, digital activation, and optimize prices for revenue growth
• Manage tracking key business metrics to ensure all KPIs align with business objectives

• CA/CS/CFA or Advanced degree (Master's or above) in a quantitative subject such as Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, or Fice
• Critical thinking skills to conceptualize problems, draw insights, and recommend logical strategies
• Strong data handling, interpretive, and problem-solving skills to process large volumes of transaction-level data and derive actionable results efficiently
• Results-oriented attitude with a go-getter mindset
• Good project management skills while working with both internal and external partners
• High motivation level with a continuous desire for learning
• Preferably experienced in SAS, R, Bigdata, or Python
• Banking Analytics experience is preferred but not mandatory for talented candidates
