Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager for a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) offering Importation, Batch Testing & Release, Regulatory & Medical affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Audit services, your role will be crucial in driving growth and expanding the client base for premium pharmaceutical services in global markets. Operating from a MHRA/EU-approved UK/EU-based pharmaceutical facility, you will lead strategic initiatives to promote and enhance various services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategic business plan to promote CDMO services and related offerings. - Identify and target potential clients globally, including pharmaceutical companies and regulatory bodies. - Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to achieve revenue targets. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events to build brand recognition and generate leads. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - Monitor business development metrics and provide regular updates to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Education: - Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: - 5+ years of business development experience in CDMO, pharmaceutical testing, regulatory, or audit services. - Proven track record in securing contracts and driving revenue growth in pharmaceutical services sector. Knowledge: - Strong understanding of CDMO operations, MHRA/EU regulations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing landscape. - Familiarity with importation, batch testing, quality assurance, and audit processes in regulated markets. Skills: - Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. - Strong negotiation and contract management skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and align services with client needs. - Proficiency in creating and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals. - Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.,
