Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, corporate clients, and government institutions.
Conduct
product demonstrations, installations, and customer training sessions.
Provide
pre-sales and post-sales support
, including addressing technical queries and resolving service issues.
Gather and analyze
market intelligence
to support sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Ensure
excellent customer satisfaction
through responsive communication and service.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 5 - 6
years in
medical equipment sales and service
(Corporate & Govt. sector in Mumbai region is a must).
Education:
Diploma/Degree in
Biomedical / Electronics / Engineering
.
Strong
technical troubleshooting
and
product knowledge
(especially in critical care and OT equipment).
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel
locally in assigned territory (Mumbai / Pune).
