Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of biomedical equipment and devices.
Ensure all medical equipment meets regulatory and safety standards (NABH).
Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance testing of equipment.
Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and staff on equipment usage.
Maintain inventory of medical equipment and ensure proper documentation of service history.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for AMC, repairs, and new procurements.
Train hospital staff on safe and effective use of medical devices.
Prepare reports, audits, and compliance documentation for biomedical equipment.
Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in biomedical equipment management and technology in a healthcare setup.
In-depth knowledge of biomedical devices such as X-Ray, MRI, CT, Dialysis, Ultrasound, ICU equipment, etc.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with hospital compliance standards NABH.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to train and guide hospital staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
