Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Biology Teacher to teach Classes 11 and 12 (CBSE curriculum). The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise, a deep understanding of NEET-oriented concepts, and the ability to engage students through practical, inquiry-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Teach Biology for Grades 11 & 12 in line with CBSE curriculum and NEET standards.
• Lesson Planning: Design well-structured lessons with a balance of theory, diagrams, experiments, and application.
• Student Assessment: Prepare question papers, evaluate tests, and monitor academic progress.
• Lab Management: Guide students in practical's and ensure effective use of lab resources.
• Parent Communication: Share academic updates and collaborate on student development.
• Professional Development: Attend faculty workshops and contribute to the Biology department’s academic growth.

Qualification Requirements

• Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Biology / Zoology / Botany / Life Sciences
• Graduates/Postgraduates with a strong academic background in Biology and subject-specific teaching experience in CBSE +1 & +2
• Strong command over English communication (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools, PowerPoint, and online platforms is essential

Qualification Levels

• Founder Level: 1–3 years of experience teaching CBSE Biology (Senior Secondary). Focused on core delivery and student engagement.
• Master Level: 4–8 years of experience with senior-level teaching. Involved in guiding students for board and competitive exams.
• Developer Level: 9+ years of experience. Leads curriculum strategy, mentors junior faculty, and integrates NEET prep with academic planning.

Screening Process

• Subject-Wise Written Test – To assess depth of Biology concepts and CBSE syllabus understanding.
• Proficiency Test – Evaluation of digital and MS Office skills.
• Reading Test – Conducted live via MS Teams to assess clarity and fluency.
• Teaching Demo – Mock class session to evaluate teaching depth, presentation, and clarity.
