As a Business Development Executive in the Medical and Mobility team, your role involves leading the effort to introduce cutting-edge robotic physiotherapy equipment to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - **Identify and Prioritize Target Markets:** - Research and analyze industries, markets, and segments to identify the best opportunities for business development. - Understand market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends to focus efforts on promising areas for expansion. - **Lead Generation:** - Proactively generate leads through networking events, cold calling, and referrals. - Identify and pursue high-potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline. - **Relationship Building:** - Build lasting relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals. - Position yourself as a trusted advisor and partner through meaningful conversations. - **Product Demonstrations & Presentations:** - Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches to showcase the value of robotic physiotherapy solutions. - Communicate the unique benefits of the solutions effectively. - **Customized Solutions & Proposals:** - Develop and present customized proposals aligned with client goals. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and effectiveness of solutions. - **Negotiation & Deal Closure:** - Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts for profitable and beneficial deals. - Focus on securing long-term partnerships through effective negotiation skills. - **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:** - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. - Ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for clients. - **Sales Tracking & Reporting:** - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates on progress. - Keep management informed about performance and ongoing deals. - **Industry Knowledge & Competitive Intelligence:** - Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity. - Use this knowledge to spot new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - **Networking & Lead Generation:** - Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and expand your professional network. - Stay connected to key industry players and market developments. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Look for ways to improve sales strategies, processes, and product offerings continuously. - Explore new business avenues and optimize the sales approach for better results. **Educational Qualifications:** - B.
