Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 

  3D BIM models

   using 

  Autodesk Revit

   (LOD 400 & 500 for shop

drawings and as-built models).

• Create 

  reinforcement shop drawings

  , 

  civil drawings

  , and 

  bar bending schedules

(BBS)

• Collaborate with 

  architects, engineers, and project stakeholders

   to ensure model

accuracy and design coordination.

• Perform 

  clash detection

   and resolve coordination issues using 

  Navisworks

   or similar

platforms.

• Generate 

  2D drawings, layouts, and documentation

   from BIM models.
• Assist in the 

  development and implementation of BIM standards

   and best practices.
• Provide 

  technical support

   and mentoring to junior BIM team members.
• Participate in 

  project meetings

   and contribute to problem-solving and coordination

discussions.

• Stay updated with the 

  latest BIM tools, trends, and technologies

  .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma

   in Civil / Structural Engineering or Architecture.

• 3–5 years

   of experience in 

  BIM modeling / rebar detailing

  .
• Proficient in 

  Autodesk Revit

   and 

  Navisworks

  ; familiarity with 

  RC CAD, Revizto

  , or

similar software is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of 

  3D modeling, LOD 400 & 500 detailing, and construction

processes

• Understanding of 

  structural and engineering principles

  , 

  rebar standards

  , and 

  shape

codes

• Experience in 

  shop drawing preparation

   and 

  quantity extraction

  .
• Excellent 

  attention to detail

  , 

  analytical

  , and 

  problem-solving

   skills.
• Effective 

  communication skills

  —both written and verbal.

• BIM Certification

   (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a
