BIM Technician

As an Architectural BIM Modeler at AR&UD Studio, a fast-growing architectural & design startup based in Mumbai, India, you will play a key role in developing and managing Revit architectural models through all design stages, from concept to construction. Your attention to detail and expertise in Autodesk Revit will be crucial in preparing accurate drawings, documentation, and schedules from the model. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create and modify Revit families, templates, and libraries, ensuring they align with our BIM standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage Revit architectural models through all design stages. - Prepare accurate drawings, documentation, and schedules from the model. - Create and modify Revit families, templates, and libraries in line with BIM standards. - Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants to ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes. - Support the team in setting up BIM workflows and maintaining model health. - Participate in internal design discussions and contribute to improving modeling efficiency. - Assist in visualization outputs (Enscape/Twinmotion) and presentation sheets. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of hands-on Revit Architecture experience in real-world projects. - Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD levels, and drawing/documentation standards. - Proficiency in Revit family creation, parametric components, and workshared environments. - Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with Navisworks or Solibri is a plus. - Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology. - Good communication and teamwork skills for collaboration in a small, dynamic setup. Nice to Have: - Exposure to Dynamo, Revit add-ins, or basic scripting for automation. - Experience in rendering/visualization tools like Enscape, Twinmotion, or Lumion. - Interest in contributing to BIM standards and digital design innovation.
