Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler - MEP located in Thiruvananthapuram. The BIM Modeler - MEP will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining BIM models for MEP systems. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project teams, ensuring model accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and performing clash detection. The BIM Modeler - MEP will also work on enhancing model quality and resolving issues that arise during the modeling process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP
• Experience in creating and managing MEP BIM models
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination within BIM projects
• Clash detection and resolution skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields
• Experience in the AECO industry is a plus
