Job Title: BIM Modeler – MEP

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled BIM Modelers – MEP with 3 to 5 years of experience in developing coordinated BIM models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP design principles, Revit MEP modeling standards, and multidisciplinary coordination workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and update Revit MEP models to LOD 300–500 as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure clash-free model integration.
• Generate shop drawings, sections, and schedules from Revit models.
• Participate in clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
• Maintain and manage BIM standards, templates, and family creation as needed.
• Support project leads and engineers in delivering high-quality BIM outputs within deadlines.
• Review and update models based on design and site revisions.

Required Skills & Software Expertise:

• Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, or equivalent platforms (preferred).
• Good understanding of MEP systems — HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and coordination.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP BIM modeling.
• Experience with international projects (US/UK/Gulf) will be an added advantage.
