BIM Modeler - MEP

Role Overview: As a BIM Modeler - MEP at BIMLABS, located in Thiruvananthapuram, your primary role is to create, manage, and maintain BIM models for MEP systems. You will work on coordinating with project teams, ensuring model accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and performing clash detection. Your responsibilities also include enhancing model quality and resolving issues that occur during the modeling process. Key Responsibilities: - Create, manage, and maintain BIM models for MEP systems - Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy - Ensure compliance with industry standards - Perform clash detection and resolution - Enhance model quality and resolve modeling issues Qualifications: - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP - Experience in creating and managing MEP BIM models - Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination within BIM projects - Clash detection and resolution skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields - Experience in the AECO industry is a plus,
