BIM Modeler - MEP

As an MEPF modeler at Assystem, your role involves performing modeling using Revit and Civil 3D, developing MEP models up to Levels LOD 400 and LOD 500, preparing detailed drawings for various projects using AutoCAD and Revit, creating Spool drawings for connection details, generating piping and piping components schedules, preparing Clash reports, and resolving clashes in coordination with the MEP engineer and other disciplines engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Perform MEPF modeling using Revit and Civil 3D - Develop MEP models received to prepare shop drawings up to Levels LOD 400 and LOD 500 - Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit for various projects - Prepare Spool drawings for connection details - Prepare piping and piping components schedules - Prepare Clash report between structural members, Architectural, and other systems - Solve clashes in coordination with the MEP engineer and other disciplines engineers Qualifications: - BE/Diploma in civil or architectural engineering is required - 3 - 5 years of experience in the structural BIM modeling field - Minimum 3 years dedicated to Structural modeling - Very good experience in AutoCAD and BIM modeling using Revit, specifically piping modeling - Good experience in preparing shop drawings using AutoCAD - Good experience in Naviswork Manage At Assystem, we are dedicated to equal treatment of candidates and promoting diversity within our company.
